You can not change the address if there has been reservations already.
You can set location to "specific" or "more general" in the location editor (option "sharing location").
You can also adjust the location there on the map (button "change" or "adjust") , drag the map until the pin points to the right location and save it.

Yes, we have a rural property, and Airbnb doesn't deal with this very well.
We have no postal address. So, when we initially set up our listing, all we could offer were GPS coordinates. But Airbnb tries to glean a postal address from the GPS coordinates and creates a location from that. In our case, they were sending guests 2km away at the nearest postal address by they could find.
So I wrote an explanation in the "directions" message that guests receive before arrival, saying that the "address" Airbnb provides is incorrect, and to use the Google maps link provided instead.
That solved the problem. Now there's no trouble finding it.
I know that's not the same issue you have, but this might be a way to make sure guests get the right directions.
