Long term rental availability

Hi. I am doing some long-term rentals, but would like to tune my listing/availability to more suit this. Is there a way to open up the listing for long-term but limit how far in advance a booking can be made? I don't want to get a booking for 1 week 18 months in advance, but I want to be able to take a 12 month booking done 6 months in advance. At the same time I want to be able to host short-term bookings in the near-term so I cannot simply limit the length of stay to longer ones.

We host our home in Oaxaca, Mexico.  We too host by the month or longer. Also we host for just a few weeks if there are gaps in bookings. 

I too was confused as to how to make those adjustments in the calendar.  

I called Airbnb, and they were incredibly helpful. They walked me through the process, and now I can do it on my own.

Just about everything you would want to know about how Airbnb works can be found in its easy to read Help Center.  Here is a link on the Swedish site for setting minimum stays.  I highly recommend that every host bookmarks the Help Center, and consult it first before contacting Customer Service (who are likely to give wrong info) or the community if you get stuck.
