Looking for a Host !!

I have a 3BHK property at Gerugambakkam, Chennai. It is a beautiful and calm,  low rise gated community, currently house is empty and I am in thinking whether i can use it for normal rents or Airbnb, coming to Airbnb i don't have prior experience, So I am looking for a host with proper experience who can guide me and travel with me .
