Looking for a (temp?) Co-Host

Hi All! I'm in process of listing my first Airbnb property in the Auburn, Washington area (98001). I plan on managing the property myself the majority of the time. But as I travel frequently, I'm also looking for a co-host that can handle escalations from guests if I'm out of town. I don't need a full blown property manager but just someone as a backup in case something goes wrong and I'm not around. Does such a service like this exist? Any advice would be great. Thank you!

Post on your local host group and ask for recommendations for local superhosts who cohost.

yes you can set up a contract with a local cohost to pay them a retainer while you are away to look after your STR

Hi @Shanil0 ! I can help you on a part time basis. I managed my own property and currently help out my friends the same way. I have superhost status. I am not local but can arrange cleaning and communicate remotely. I do charge a small % for remote cohosting. We can arrange a time to discuss if you are interested. Thank you!
