Looking for co-host in Antwerp

Hi,

I am looking for a co-host to take care of my Airbnb & Booking.com reservations.  

I have two appartements at Sint-Jansplein in Antwerpen. They are already being rented as holiday apartments, so the business is running, but we live too far away (30 min driving).

So we need someone to : 
- Clean/find a cleaner to clean all the appartement between rents

- Do the laundry and change bed sheets 

- Manage the reservations

- Follow up on conversations with the customers

- Go on place if any problem

- Take care of the house and report any possible issues 

You need to be experienced and you need to live close to the building. You will get a fee per check-in.

If you are interested, we can meet in the building.
