Looking for reviews and critique of our listing in Koh Samui, Thailand

Hi Everyone, we have our first Air BNB listing based in Koh Samui, Thailand.  Looking for experienced hosts to give it the once over and advise any changes, modifications and any suggestions about improving the listing. All comments welcome, we are newbies so always better to ask advice and learn from more experienced hosts. Thanks for taking the time to look and look forward to your feedback.

Congratulations!  Wow Amazing !

The only suggestion I would make is your listing is an unique find.  Open the door for more people to see your wonderful listing.

Internet Search engines read and display Airbnb listings because the Airbnb website has traffic.

General Search Engines are looking for losings that satisfy user "Keywords" in their search criteria.

Identify keywords like your location your staff and your size.  Create Guidebooks because you want to give search engines something to read, you can create up to six guidebooks.

Thanks @Alex  - we have managed to get to top 1% guest favourite now - and pretty much sold out 6 months in advance and on major holiday dates - and happy to say every booking has been from air BnB - not one elsewhere - 🙂

WOW! Congratulations, Flora! This is a beautiful property!! I would love to stay there based on the amazing pictures! My only feedback is that 86 photos a a bit too many in my opinion. If this was my listing, I would consolidate to 50-55 pictures. This is subjective... just my personal preference. Wishing you all the best with this amazing listing!!

Great advice! 😃 Do you use 50–55 pictures in your listing? Have you always had this many, or has the number varied over time? What do you usually show from your listing? 🏡

Good morning from North Carolina USA, my tip is, when viewing your listing on mobile, some of the photos look less quality than others - I would remove and reshoot them for better shots, or I would move them to the very end for less distraction, also some of your shots are cutting off awkwardly so I would view listing both ways to adjust images for showcasing the best listing points!

You have such a beautiful listing, would love to stay sometime!

@Alex Thanks for the kind response Alex! I am a photographer and took the images for my own listings. While there room for improvement, they are decently shot professional photos for what the circumstances are!
