Low 30 day views

Has anyone noticed or experienced low 30-day views????  Our area has grown with listings in the last year however this is the worst I have seen it.  Bookings are slower to come by and income is down for this year as a whole.  Just curious if other's have experienced this with Air BnB in 2022??

@Tara721 sadly the growth in listings and the economy have taken their toll on many hosts. The reality is many hosts will exit the market and a new equilibrium will be set.

Airbnb has opening admitted it's focussing on recruiting more hosts, and of course, new hosts get an initial boost in the search results.

Also, you should search on this forum for 'summer release' and 'categories'. You will see that many hosts have been experiencing the same as you this year.
