May views but little bookings?

could you please help me to improve our bookings. We have many views and safes in the favourite list but I think to little bookings. What could be the reason?

@Martin6101 you have a nice flat with what looks like great views of the water. However your pictures don’t convey that very well. You should get professional photos done. A professional photographer will show your flat off with consistent lighting and get the best angles. It will make a difference. 

Your first image should be a view from the window, not of the window.
