Me leaving a review of my guest who I was not very happy with

Do I have to leave a review as a host?

@Tricia3530   No you are not obliged to at all, however your guest may well leave a review for you.  It helps other hosts to see reviews where guests have broken the house rules, left unclean or caused damage etc.  You have 14 days to post your review and it will be published either when both reviews have been done or the 14 days, whichever is the sooner.  Try to keep your review short, to the point and professional.  I have on occasion, wanted to leave a long ‘Hissy Rant’, but have taken the time (full 14 days on one occasion) to calm down and write something much shorter and appropriate. Hope this helps

@Tricia3530 You don't have to but you do have a moral responsibility to leave a review if you use reviews to decide if to accept/not cancel a reservation. Just be honest in your review stating only facts - That way it is not a good or a bad review just a factual one.
