I need help
Air B&B Suspended my listings because last week I had to call the cops to remove a guest from my house. The guest wanted a full refund without modifying his stay and was expecting to stay at my place for 2 months free because he said the internet was not fast enough for him to play video games. When I declined the request he opened his door and started to scream out of his room to me and my wife then slammed the door. I immediately called the cops and told him he needed to leave. He refused to leave and me and my wife for our safety stood outside in the cold waiting for the cops. As we were outside waiting for the cops he stood in the door way harassing me and my wife and I told him to leave me alone and he said “no what are you going to do about it little man” which I have all on video from my door bell camera. When the cops showed up he refused to cooperate with them and they informed him if he did not leave he would be arrested . He kept saying he was going to get his lawyer to take my house from me. As of now it has been almost a week and I have called Air B&B several times and they keep telling me the case is still under investigation and a separate department will email me. I am frustrated that they have not even reached out to here my side of the story and for me to provide them video evidence of his aggressive behavior. Currently I am losing money and feel I am being punished for no reason for asking a mentally unstable guest to leave my house. I have many 5 star reviews as a host and have never had any issues with my guest before. Most of them stay long term. I really need help with this.
