My New Listing is only available to guests that already have 3 or more bookings

My New Listing is only available to guests that already have 3 or more bookings. Where is the setting to change it so it is available to all guests...new or not.

Should be in your account settings:

https://www.airbnb.com/account-settings/listing-visibility

Note: If your listing is published you may change this setting by going to Account > Your first guest > Any Airbnb guest
