Здравствуйте. У меня только один совет: Чистота, дружелюбие и любая помощь гостям. Я очень стираюсь чтобы гости были довольны.

Hello. I have only one piece of advice: Cleanliness, friendliness and any help to guests. I wash very much so that guests are happy.
The listing looks great! It looks like you have everything someone would need for a stay.
The only issue I see is the 5-night minimum. You are probably missing a lot of opportunities that way. Is there a reason for that?
I actually love my short-stay guests. I get to charge the cleaning fee (and even do a cheaper cleaning fee for short stays). Though I do my own cleaning and rent a room in my home, so it's a bit different.
Still, I bet that if you remove your minimum stay requirement, you will get more bookings.
You're not just offering a place to stay — you're creating a memory.
Congratulations! Beautiful house.
Airbnb New Listing Discount really helps get those first reviews.
Couple of things to note I do not know your areas pricing but setting your minimum 5 days and 5 people the change in amount is sticker shock for me. Since a solo traveler is not your marketing anyway either set a house price or if you want to do by person maybe an increase after 3 or 4 guests.
If I am planning for a group of 7 I look at specific things first,
Sleeping - covered
Dining for 7 not covered though your 1 yard table is cute think breakfast 3 kids mom dad grandma and grandpa planning today's activities. Comfortably.
Living room again can't comfortably fit my group if 7
Patio great outside area but only in shifts
1 shared bath which can be fine but that is 5 people coordinating a daily shower,
Very nice home.
I really like the warm atmosphere you’re creating for the property. It gives me the feeling that it’s a cozy and pleasant place. I’d suggest adding shelves with doors — wooden ones look lovely and can help store items from the kitchen or living room. That way, the space won’t look cluttered and will feel more open. You’ll definitely notice the difference!
@Eduard2646 What a beautiful home you have, and a great start to hosting on Airbnb! Wonderful job staging a clean and clutter-free home while giving each space wonderful natural lighting. I think the homes listing will sell itself to travelers - if you're looking for suggestions on maximizing occupancy, I would definitely recommend lowering your minimum night stay to 2-3 days max, that will help increase your potential in bookings. I would also suggest minor landscaping updates & upkeep so the front/back of the house is as welcoming and charming as inside. Other than that, good luck and I wish you nothing but the best in your future as a host!
Hi Eduard, the colors are very nice, your Airbnb have a lot of thing that we need when you are traveling
Hi @Eduard2646 , love your house and the pics you took of it. One constructive feedback is to improve the exterior of the house. I noticed there are some undergrowth you can remove easily. The interior of the house looks amazing, great work there.
Hi @Eduard2646
Your Airbnb listing looks fantastic very inviting and cozy! To help attract more bookings, especially from travelers looking for shorter stays, consider lowering your current 5-night minimum. Many guests, especially weekend or business travelers, often search for 2–3 night stays, so adjusting the minimum could significantly boost your visibility in search results.
