My listing is not showing up in search results

Hi,

My property is listed, but I can not find it in search on AirBnB or Google. I've  listed a few days ago and I cannot find my listing still. I searched Silver Lake Inn, full lake view & I am not showing up. Please help...

Maybe zoom in some more on the map when performing a search.
