I have been on the platform for two months now, but I either can not get any bookings or very difficult to get any. I am looking at other people's listings and see that they are almost fully booked. Please advice.

The cranky guest since you don't have a lot of reviews hurt your listing your Overall Review number is below the preferred .4.8.
Happens to everyone, fixable just a little effort.
Identify who is your perfect market. I can't tell and your cover photo is an apartment building you are not trying to attract LTR people what would excite me about a week stay?
Maybe you mention near PT, families with children how could that be a benefit easy transportation to favorite sites and no car expense?
You know don't make guests guess.
Trying to have more heads is not the money maker. Your living room is not an easy conversion to a sleep sofa. Te table has 4 chairs. If I try to be cheap and crow my vacation space then I am not a guest who comes in with the right mindset.
Hi @Firoozeh1,
I'm also tagging a few other hosts to see what they think about your listing: @Joana450, @Jamie1262, @Kwesi9, @Jonathan2725, @Malek40, @Jirigarthe0, @Mitzi40, @Marie8425 and @Lorina14.
Best,
Alex

The best idea generated of what should be your cover photo, is what did happy Guests comment about? Spacious living room or great kitchen or great view. They will tell you how to attract more with their priorities.
