No, don't try to change my mind, you can't. It really is terrible. What were they thinking?

Please , is anybody facing issues with the airbnb listing? My places have not been shown anymore!!! I have been working with airbnb for almost 8 years and nothing like this happened before! We asked for support and the information we’ ve got is that only 15 pages will be available for guest consulting for each city. If the city offers more than 15 pages of listing your place can be excluded. On the first page we can fin places with awfull reviews, bad pictures . I cannot understand what is going on .
Hi, I'm having the exact same issue. I'm a 4.97 rated Superhost and my rental sat empty for 4 months until I finally listed it on Furnished Finder. I've talked with Customer Service multiple times to no avail. They don't seem to care that my listing doesn't show up. Even if I zoom all the way into my building, it still doesn't show up. Have you gotten any resolution?
@Theresa432 Be persistent with Customer Support. There are glitches in the new Winter Release Program and we all need to speak up so that they are corrected!
I have called Customer Support 25 times about a listing issue; each time, they respond via message that they are grateful for my being a super host, then close the ticket. So nothing is done. What to do?
Hi @Theresa432
Luv your Condo! Slow bookings for everyone I'm afraid. Took a quick look at the listing and just a few things that might be affecting why your listing is not appearing in search results?:
3Night Minimum
Any time you have more than a one night minimum, your listing will not appear if a guest is searching for a shorter stay (1-2nights).
Availability
The Airbnb Algorithm looks for availability...the more open your calendar, the better. I noticed you have many months blocked (unless that is a long-term guest from Furnished Finder?). The Algorithm will not show your listing very high in search results if you have limited availability on your calendar.
Thanks Joan! Yes, I just recently switched the minimum stay hoping some change in my settings would pop my unit back up in the search. And Yes, after 4 months empty, I had to move to FF and I’ve now got longer term guests staying through the the end of January.
i really appreciate you taking the time to look at my listing and provide some good feedback!!
I am having the same issue. My listing used to show up on the first screen, now not at all until you zoom in the map. Same comment about Customer Service. They are full of compliments about being a Super Host but don't do anything. Obviously these are bugs and they need to be addressed.
Hi @Theresa432
Another Host @Jason2389 , mentioned his listing didn't show in search results due to some local regulations (Toronto) restricting STRs. Did some more digging and looks like Scottsdale has some pretty strict rules for STRs that Hosts must comply with when renting for less than 30days (including registering). Other listings are showing a special TPT tax license & Registration number on their listings. If your listing has not met these requirements, this could be causing your listing not to appear in search results for less than a 30day period (30days or more are exempt from some of the restrictions)? I would check and see if this is what is causing your issue. Help article below regarding Scottsdale requirements:
Scottsdale Restrictions
https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/3450
The City of Scottsdale requires short term rental property owners/operators to obtain a Scottsdale license for each property and comply with several safety, health and neighborhood notification requirements. The city's license described here applies only to rentals of less than 30 days. Owners that rent for 30 days or longer do not need to obtain a City of Scottsdale license through this process. See the full ordinance.
Short-term/vacation rental owners must obtain and maintain an annual city license for each Scottsdale property. The annual license fee is $250 per property; funds received will go 100 percent to cover costs associated with licensing vacation and short-term rentals. This license is in addition to the county and state requirements outlined in the sections below.
Hello @Nardin-E-Ana0
Try updating your pricing, offer custom pricing discounts, updating your amenities, re-arrange photos. Sometimes it works for me. Hope this helps
@Patricia2526 Unfortunately none of these help with this issue because it has to do with glitches in the new Winter Release Program. Extremely frustrating and unfair for top performing hosts.
yes, it has been happening to me on and off related to the new Winter Release. My listing has disappeared from searches on and off for months. You need to contact Customer Support and be persistent. There are glitches that MUST be addressed.
I had this issue myself a while ago. Does Brazil have by-laws preventing you from listing it as a home or shared space? If so, this could be why it's not showing up on the map.
Toronto has by-laws restricting me from listing my place as a separate unit for more than 180 days. I was approaching my 180-day limit and I had a minimum of 3-nights so it was not showing up in searches.
When I changed the listing to a shared space, it started showing up on the map again.
