**NEW - Guest Reviews Search by Key Word(s)

Just noticed this today. Guest can search reviews using "bubbles". Appears AI? will display those reviews containing those concepts/phrases in bold type along with the number of reviews that mention it:

That is such a great new addition for guests @Joan2709 and I noticed that AI bold the bits in the guest review that mention the "bubbles" selected.  Neat!

Just wish that Airbnb would provide more filters for guests in their initial search though, like an outdoor space!!

Look forward to another new find of yours!  So many lately!!

Have you noticed any particular tags that guests mention most frequently for your listing? For instance, in Joan’s image above, “indoor space” comes up five times! @Joan2709 I’m really interested to know what guests specifically say about indoor spaces 😉

This particular property is very large (approx 5,000sqft) and has 3 large living rooms - perfect for large groups to spread out and guests seem to mention they really like this in reviews.

If I am not mistaken, is it the same cabin listing that appears under your Airbnb profile? I glanced at the listing pictures and I love the great room! What a beautiful addition that volcanic rock fireplace is 😍

Just had a look at what comes up most frequently in guests comments for my listing and it would seem that "hospitality" tops the bill which is a nice surprise😊

Out of curiosity, I looked at your reviews and noticed that your guests often mention your communicative and friendly approach when welcoming them 😍  Are there any particular things you do or take care of, especially to make guests feel comfortable and at home when they arrive?

I've just checked your listing and pleased to say that they are showing but the bubbles only appear  if guests click on "show all comments" at the bottom of the listing or if they click on the 114 comments that appear at the top of the listing!!

Your #1 bubble that your guests rave about is your "Hospitality"😊

I second your comment that Airbnb should hire @Joan2709 😉

Well...what a waste of a great new feature! Perhaps it was a "space" issue on the page (not enough room)?

Surely there is a better way to let guests know about the addl bubbles?
