I’m getting people looking but I’m not getting no booking my profile still need more help I need help to improve it

Property Description-  Nothing about you  I can see your profile  Tell me everything about the property.  There is lots of room just different pages and  boxes  use as much as possible.You know all the great reasons your house would  be perfect I don't Tell  me.

Pictures-  Remember I am looking to rent for a week not buy cover shot should shows  me your great comfortable living room.. 

 Amenities- Much too  low agan include everything refrigerator, toaster and pots

Hi @Billy327   Cute space with a lot of potential. The intro needs work. Write down all the positives or great things about your property and then ask ChatGPT to write you a description for an Airbnb in, insert your location. . Including local attractions.  Have more pics of local attractions as well as the farm animals. Farm stays are not going to be for everyone. Talk to the folks that would enjoy a farm stay and fresh eggs in the morning. 

Love the fresh eggs for breakfast. 

The pics- you need pro pics and some serious staging. 
Get the clutter off the kitchen counters and only have 3 or 4 things. 
The beds- the pillows and bedding need to be a little more inviting. You should have 4 pillows in each bed. 

Living room- not sure what is hanging in  the windows but it’s not working in your

space. Some simple room darkening curtains or blinds would be better. Your TV is way too high. Maybe a rug under the couch to anchor it down. 

It’s not easy when it’s your first one. Lots of trial and error. With some small changes you can really turn it around.

I think most things I would raise have already been covered. Primarily to me, the walls seem sparse and uninviting. Simple and cheap art from a junk/thrift store would do, though im also a  big fan of pictures of local attractions /local area. 

The opening few lines of the description read very corporate / not personal. By all means put these in the description, but maybe with something a bit more inviting

Lots of repeated and too many photos  and kitchen looks really full (not sure herbs/spices on top of the cooker is the best place )

Hi @Billy327 , you have a nice home. I  think the other hosts made great recommendations. Consider making your place a little more sterile. I’d remove all the spices from on top of the stove, remove some of the stuff from countertop and remove everything other than lamps from the bedside tables (where would guests put their items?). Also the description should be modified, I wouldn’t tell everyone I’m new to this, they can already see you haven’t hosted anyone before. I would suggest maximizing your description by talking more about your amenities, comfort, nearby attractions. Maybe take a look at other listings in your area that are doing well (w lots of reviews) and take note. I’d all also spell check to ensure the listing is written in a grammatically correct manner. I think your bedrooms are nice but consider a more sterile or plain blanket as yours is very specific to your liking. Again something a little more sterile, plain, simple something that the masses will like, think would I find this in a hotel?

@Billy327 , I agree with what has already been stated. Clutter, clutter, clutter is a big turnoff, at least for me. Beds look uninviting and need improvement. The drapes in the living room need to be replaced. Invite more light into your place. Your place has potential, it needs the right decor, but not too much that it ends up being clutter.  Kitchen counters should be clear of appliances with the exception of a coffee maker.  After you’ve made some of the suggested improvements, then post great pictures (preferably with captions describing each space).
