New Air BnB host
Hi..I just had my first guest last week..I was excited but nervous..can you give me insight on what to have in my place to maybe give a good experience for my guests.
My place is in a small country town

I think reading Airbnb Help Articles about setting up your listing will help you provide potential Guesys your cute property expectations. Starting on the same page eliminates a lot of potential miscommunication.

@Martha1250 Hi- I see that you're new to hosting. Your listing needs a lot of work. Your pictures are all sideways. You only have 8 pictures and no description of your home.
It's also not showing that you have heat or hot water. If I were you, I would pause the listing and work on it. I'm surprised that you had a guest, as I wouldn't book as it's shown. Can you get someone to help you with setting it up?
Take a look at some local listings, or pretty much at any other listing, and see how it's done. Model yours after what you see. It shouldn't be listed as it is right now. Good luck.
