Hello! We just published our first listing. Could you please take a quick look at it and let me know if any adjustments need to be made?
Note - we're going to retake the pictures and open up the curtains and blinds to let in more natural light. We originally wanted to encapsulate that "warm glow" look to give it more of a cozy appearance, but I'm not sure I like how it turned out (especially when light bleeds through the curtains like in the bedroom pics.) I'll probably also retake the garage picture before pulling the vehicle in to avoid the wet pavement look.
Very open to suggestions and feedback! Thanks!

Ciao @Steven1870 ,
since you are going to retake the pictures, here are some tips that could help you to best photograph your home:
good luck!
Andrea
Thank you Andrea! I'll review the tips before retaking the pictures tomorrow.
Hello @Steven1870 Meanwhile you should choose a better area to put as your hero photo ex: the living room or the bedroom and work on your title and description more. Plus your listing I'm able to book as it states "This listing is not yet available to all guests." so make sure to make available
Thanks for the insight. Changed the cover photo to the living room (will do the same with the updated photos) and added more to the description. Hopefully I didn't add too much.
I'm not sure why it wouldn't allow you to book it though. It's blocked today but should be open as of tomorrow. The only other option we selected was to have the first guest be an experienced one. I would assume you meet the criteria for that.
Edit- looked at your profile and saw you very recently joined Airbnb. The option I mentioned above is probably why it did not allow you to book it.
Hello @Steven1870 👋
I just wanted to pop by and tag @Steven1869 here so they receive a notification of your message. This ensures that they get a notification that you've replied to them specifically 🤗
Quick tip: if you type "@" and then the username, this will tag the member that you're replying to. I hope this helps to keep the conversation flowing, and if you've got any questions, just ask.
I meant to ask about the title. What would you suggest I add to it?
