New Listing Suspended! First week of going live

Hi!

 

My wife and I just went live on Saturday with our listing.

 

And we got suspended today as they said our listing is similar to a listing that had issues before. 

This is literally our first week on Airbnb and it’s heartbreaking to have things like these impact our journey. 

I appealed but they are saying it will take 7 days for them to review, which is making me lose revenue in high season.

It's a relatively new policy which is designed to punish those hosts that create duplicate listings when they get one or more negative reviews to start over with a "blank slate". 

 

It's true that people who take advantage of loopholes end up ruining it for everyone else.
