I took a quick look at your listing, I think you should improve the photos and description, especially the first five photos should be the most beautiful ones, for example the first photo could be the one of the sea view from your apartment 😉

I would work on the description like one review seemed surprised how close the beach was an the neighborhood in general good restaurants.

Show a kitchen photo that displays stove and refrigerator not every listing has so you want to show you do. 

Amenities are showing no essentials and no hot water.

Evaluate your pricing.  I don't know tour market but I put in 4 people for a beach 2 bedroom that seemed to cheap and then as the guest I was only paying a 3% Airbnb fee so I know your paying the higher fee If something looks to cheap that causes concerns,
