New host- critique my listing

Hello experienced hosts,

 My partner and I recently renovated the basement of our house to airbnb the space, we did most of the work ourselves, we put in a lot of time and effort into it.

now it’s the time to see the fruit of our efforts. 
I lam trying to do everything right and this also means I should reach out to experienced hosts like you for advice. 
how can I get promoted in search results and what can I do better?

Your rental is beautiful! However, I recommend 2 changes. 

First, The setup is too small to accommodate 4 guests, especially with a mini kitchenette and a table for only 2. I would change this to 2 guests. Also, People are not always coupled up so one can’t assume two to a bed. Also, 4 people and one bath—not fun!

Second, I would remove the complimentary one wash per 7 days. If the W/D is in unit, guests are going to use it.

Besides the good points made thus far, best to start a listing with - 'where am I really staying'  with  an outside photo. Also best not to show the same room 4 times from 4 different angles to make sure to totally 'complete' showing a place and all its aspects; once will suffice and then use subsequent photos to then show individual features.
