Congratulations!  Beautiful Apartment.

Fix your pictures right now it shows the living room as where I sleep.

Review your amenities is there a closet or dresser to estorbe clothes?

Add to your description.  Great description of the apartment but I don't know the location or neighborhood.  Tell me good location why?

If you don't have laundry facilities but are good for long term  Tell me is there a public laundromat around the corner?  You need to speak to your market.
