New listing no bookings

Hi 

I have been lucky enough to list a second property  

it has been live for a few weeks now and has had 140 views in 30 days 

bit just no bookings 

I am unsure what to do next

Are you running any specials, this may help.

Is your property priced competitively? Does your property have off street parking? I found Oxford to be very anti car.

Definitely run a special. When I added a listing, I priced it at far less than my goal (at first). Do this to get bookings and reviews and you will gradually be able to increase the price. Good Luck!

You may want to offer the new listing 20% discount which also places your listing higher in search results.
