New owner of property with previous owner continuing to host

Hi there,

I am purchasing and Airbnb property that the previous owner has agreed to continue to host and manage.  Under these circumstances, can the previous owner maintain the existing listing with reviews and reservations?  Would it be possible to change the payment information to my own if the previous owner is willing in order to simplify transfer of funds? Any additional considerations for this arrangement?

@Mia1669 yes this would be fine. You could be added as a cohost and have 100% (or whatever) of the rental money diverted to you.
