I'm new to Airbnb, having just started on April 1st, and I'm thrilled that my unit is fully booked for the entire month. I'd love some expert tips on how to maintain this momentum! Could you also take a look at my small unit listing and suggest areas for improvement?
Welcome! Congratulations! Vert cute listings.
Check amenities I think you do have Essentials and Hot Water it says No.
Smoke detectors in bedrooms if your market is families that is a good investment
Carbon Dioxide Monitor if a gas stove another good investment.
For your studio you have a kitchenette. Mark that off because it identifies you have a sink area.
Maybe better pictures of the kitchenette and dining area hard to see.
Great suggestions already from @Marie8425
It does appear you are missing information in different sections of the listing? Airbnb does track whether a listing is "complete" or not and factors that into the search algorithm (so I'm told).
Below is Guide for New Hosts. I would read through that and see where you might need to add information to your listing:

Hi @JandJ-Mactan-Stays0 , our hosts Joan and Marie have shared their thoughtful critique and ideas for your listing. What do you think about their ideas?
I curiously noticed your listing and saw you have many delicate items such as guitar and PS4. Are guests allowed to use them? I wonder if other hosts would agree adding certain ground rules for guests if they use them (to ensure there is no damage to the items).
I am also tagging a few more knowledgeable hosts to see if they have more recommendations : @Bronwyn100 @Joseph2571 @Ahmed570 @Ms--Iffat0 @Muslim4 @Patricia3721 . Thank you everyone in advance for your kind support!
