New to hosting, require feedback and tips on my new listing

Hello 👋 community,

Here I am with my new listing, as a new host.

I would require your experience to review the listing and provide me the your tips.

This listing is a part of an apartment where there are similar kind of listing with almost same rooms, hence there is already a lot of competition.

Please do tell also how i can make it stand out from other listings.

Hi @Mohammad-Shagil0

Welcome to the community, and congratulations on starting your hosting journey!

Have you already received your first booking or is this a milestone to look forward to?

I hope you don't mind, I added a photo and a link to your listing to your post as well. I'm hoping that with easier access, more hosts will pop by and support you with constructive and helpful feedback. 🙂

Have a lovely day,

Emilie

Congratulations.
Suggestion
That is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen, correct? Because someone will be irritated.
Use the Airbnb New Listing Discount; you will get a boost in display position, it helps get you rolling.
In your pictures, I see the dining chairs or the bed for sitting. For the bed, for mine I just bought those pillows shaped like a chair back—a back and arms makes watching TV from bed a lot more comfortable. Then on the patio, put 2 comfortable chairs like wicker with a seat cushion and a small table—provides a lounging sitting area.
Then your Airbnb listing has 6 pages, tell me more than a paragraph. Potential guests don't know your location—are you near something? Is there public transportation access? Since there’s no stove, are there any restaurants? Share what you know.

hello

I do not have

@Mohammad-Shagil0

I seen more in your description but cinfused now.  It is about a room in a shared home bur its catagory is a rental unit a studio.  You can have either on Airbnb but two different markets.  Your lisring comes up if a potential guest wants an independent type of rental and your description says shared kitchen and refrigerator.  Both are good but if a room in your house you should catagorize as an ensuite that is higher then a rooim because you have a kitchenette but right now it is not catogorized as a shared envitoment.

Hi @Marie8425

I have corrected the description.

It's actually a flat which is  a room having bed and Kitchenette and one Bathroom.

@Mohammad-Shagil0

 I thiught a private flat.  This is the confusing part "Privare Room" and
