Hey everyone! I'm excited to be hosting for the first time and would love to get some friendly tips on how to navigate this ecosystem. Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

My tips regarding your listing:

- Add the no(smoking), no(pets), (no)parties) options to the houserule

- Add captions to the photos, also set the options in the editor for size / type of beds.

- Add an extra photo from kitchen, so cooking faclities are also shown

(kitchen now looks more being a kitchenette)

- Set the checkout time, add the latest check-in time to check-in time

- Check if all amenities are listed (no essentials, no hot water ? )

Thanks a bunch! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Airbnb does suggest  New Hosts designate only experienced Guests.  Your a New Host, no Reviews targeting only experienced does limit your market of customers who can even see your pricing.

The Airbnb Platform provides 5 pages with suggested topic per listing based on the types of information Guests need to know to convert to a reservation.  Complete all the pages.

Photos Airbnb provides Room Folders.  This is to highlight to a Host what pictures interested a potential Guest and provide a visual organizing walk through.

Amenities Average is 50 or 60.  You have to include kitchen, these appliances.  It is a standard based on location so define.
