Newbie here! Publish home and blocking time question

Hi, I just hit publish but I want it to only be available as of January 3rd. Is there an easy way to block out the availability dates and also keep the new listing discount?

you need to block those dates in the calender:

The promotion discount (20%) is valid for bookings until februari 25

Please note you also offer the "non-refundable" option (10% discount), discounts will sum up !
