@Alex9507 the best way to get the price correct is to search for similar properties in your area and price yours accordingly. Just be aware that the properties that show have NOT booked so could expensive

I see where you coming from with 4 bedrooms but one of them has an added bed thus up to nine people, depending on the composition, but even numbers and some headroom may be best, so max 8 may work better for you. Somewhat the same with the hard-to-figure out price of $866, would $850 work just as well? Just a thought. We have 4 bedrooms/places and 6 beds, we suggest 8, still doesn't prevent the guests using their imagination and us making exceptions.
