No booking for my new airbnb yet

Hi I have prepared a villa for airbnb usage and still hasn’t got any booking for it my listing was advertised for a month ago and it’s beautifully decorated with a big garden and a large pool in one of the best areas in town could you please check my listing and see if I need to do something about it thanks

Beautiful villa, very well furnished and reasonably priced.

For the cover photo I would use one of the pool with the villa in the background. Also I would put less detail photos and more of the rooms.

@Wallace55  Beautiful space!  Your current photos are not doing it justice.  As @Andrea6232  mnetioned you need less closeups and probably a lot less photos.  I would trick out that pool area and get some good photos of that and lead with pool photo.  

Also use your headline to grab viewer's attention.  You have Villa Carlos now.  

Something like this for a headline will get you more views-

Private Pool AC Wi-Fi BBQ 5 Min 2 Beach Pets OK

Fill out the rest of the property profile.  Use bullet points in the initial 500 charachter description and then talk further in the other areas of the listing.

Though new listing the Airbnb Search Display Algoritmo uses your Overall Host Ranking which is below the Airbnb Standard of 4.8.

If you have two areas to sleep, Beds then max 4 guests not max 6. Your listing is displaying for groups you can't accommodate.
Review pricing per person the increases are startling and again 1 guest is not a market for your listing.
Turn on the Airbnb new listing discount, you need the push to get your first 3 reviews.

The platform gives many pages for your listing.  Tweak your listing, it shows an effort in detailing more and an understanding of what is important to your market by highlighting in your listing.
