Before the new version and adjustments we could select a date (or date range), where we could put: no check in or out on monday, tuesday etc, no this has dissapeared when only wanting to put it on a certain date right? i.e due to personal reasons I cannot check in or check out during Dec 1 st to 5th. Until 2 months ago I could put it, but not now.
Also, another thing, before, selecting in the calendar a date range I could see: what the guest was going to pay and what I was going to earn (net), now this has disspareared too, and it is very difficult even more when is a promotion applied.

Yes...sadly Airbnb removed the date range calculation of earnings and other calendar functionality in the recent update in May 2025.
You can turn on Professional Hosting Tools and create a Rule set to prevent check-in/check-out on all the days of the week. Then apply Rule Set to the specific dates on your calendar using the multicalendar. The multicalendar is only available on the desktop; not the App.

Thank you @Joan2709!
Yes this is what I did but I cannot select from Monday to Sunday; the date range I do not want in/outs
That is correct. You cannot do a date range with rule sets. have to use day of the week and apply to the dates you want blocked.
Hi @Borja58,
Have you tried to follow the steps Joan suggested?
If you'd like to share your suggestion for a different feature directly with the team as well, here is the official Airbnb feedback form. 🙂
Have a lovely day,
