Numerical order of Bedrooms in 'Beds & Spaces'

Numerical order of Bedrooms in 'Beds & Spaces'

I specifically structured my listing ('Beds & Spaces' section) to highlight the master bedroom first (#1) then the other bedrooms in descending order according to size. Since the layout of our home is a little bit atypical I even edited the photos with text boxes to ID each bedroom #1 - #4, to correspond with the #1 - #4 in the 'Edit Listing' section. Then when I preview the listing, it shows the order backwards. This is a problem because it starts with out smallest bonus/kids bedroom, and you have to scroll down to see photos and details of the large master BR. I can't figure out how to reorder these, any help is appreciated. TIA!

Hello @Bill1564

This has been an issue for a number of us and I managed to get the problem sorted yesterday as like you, I had the Master suite appearing on the listing as Bedroom 2 and therefore appearing after the smaller one (was showing as Bedroom 1).

Like you I have gone for the Early Release and this has solved my problem.  Go to:

Bedroom 1

==>Manage photos

==>Select photos.  Click on all of the pictures that you want taken out of this room and

==>Select move (top right hand corner).

==>Choose a room or space and send them to the bedroom number of your choice.  Obviously you'll have two sets of bedroom photos showing for a few minutes before you transfer those too.

Next, go to the bedroom photos that should be in Bedroom 1 and transfer them by using the same steps as above.  I did this for my two bedrooms and finally the Master bedroom is coming up first now💪

Just for information,  hosts that have sofa beds in the lounge area, they are seeing the sofa bed come up first, before any of the other bedrooms in the "Where you will sleep" section.

I hope this works for you too Bill and let others know if it does😉

All the best

Joëlle

Hi @Bill1564 ! Just checking in to see if you followed Joelle's suggestion and it resolved for you? 🌻

No, This does not seem to apply - I already have the correct photos assigned to each bedroom under the "Rooms and Spaces' section. In this section, the bedrooms are labeled and ordered correctly how I want them, and the photos correlate correctly. The issue is that this order is NOT how the rooms appear in the actual online listing.

Each bedroom already has the correct photos assigned to it, and each bedroom is ordered correctly in my 'edit listing'.
