Old lessee is still managing our hotel account

We have received a booking for next week and it was on the previous managers account including payment

If on his account then  he received a reservation not you.  You Could rent to him outside airbnb the property or better would be he explain to the guest to cancel with him and book under     your  account

Problem is he left with no forward address and no one knows where he is

@Michelle4227 Does your contract with him allow him to take reservations still? If not I would send him a cease and desist letter. That said something weird is going on here for you to even know about the reservation.

Hello, he left the building in March,  with lots of bills to pay. The customers checked in today, and said they had paid online with airbnb, so he hadn't closed his account....
