Paying cleaning fees to co-host directly from airbnb platform?

Hey Folks,

I am struggling to find answer on "how to pay cleaning fees directly to co-host? I see option of paying co-host's  payout of % or amount but not able to find how can I pay cleaning fees to co-host directly? I have seen some other thread that there used to be an option to do this in past but removed now. 

How do you manage this now?

Part of the reason many hosts employ cohosts is because of their knowledge of how the various platforms work .
