My payout has been paused since January 29th. I've submitted my updated business permit, and other required KYC information but Airbnb hasn't given me an update regarding my account. I've called Airbnb Support several times and everyone's just telling me the same thing over and over again - "Our compliance team is working on it, but we cannot provide an estimate timeline regarding this matter. We'll just send you an email once we hear back from our team". It's been 2 months now and I have about ₱300k pending payout. Please provide additional assistance as this is becoming really frustrating. Thank you.
