Pet rules and fees

Hi all! So, we are getting ready too open our 2 airbnb rentals to  pets. Does anyone have any advice before we do this? Any rules that would be good to have? Also, what is the average pet fee?

Also, if you type 'pet rules' in the search bar at the top of the community, you will find different conversations between our hosts regarding this topic that could be helpful.
