What does this mean? Prior to completing by booking, a code is via txt to my phone. When I type the code in the reservation verifacation, it says it is already in use.
Sounds like you've got more than one account - did you set another up with a different email address, @Nicole2718?

I have no idea on how to even contact airbnb support I tried emailing them ,however it said that it would take up to five days for a response.
