Photo Tour - Showing beds as 0

Hello,

We are new to Airbnb and have just completed our first listing. However, we are having difficulty finding the option to set the number of beds.

Our listing includes three beds across two bedrooms, which can be clearly seen in the photos.

We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello @Irena187 

Go onto your listing and click until you see the Photo Tour on your right with a split screen:

==>click on Bedroom 1 and under the photos you can add the size of the bed under Sleeping Arrangements 

Go onto Amenities just after that to let guests know what is provided within that bedroom.  You'll have a list of things that you can tick. You should do this for all of the rooms showing on your Photo Tour so that guests can see at a glance what is provided.

Do the same process for the other bedroom and then go back to check as a guest via the Preview button to see that it worked!

I was able to set it.
One more question.

We have 1 Queen bed in 1 bedroom and 2 beds in second bedroom.

After selecting 1x queen bed and 2x single beds in other photo, now it shows in photo tour as "2 beds"
Is this something I should be worried, I thought it would show 3 beds, but It might be myself being new to the platform.

Hello @Irena187 

I've just been onto your listing and I can see that you've added two single beds for bedroom 2 but there is no Queen bed in bedroom 1 listed so that's why you've only got 2 beds showing and also only 1 bedroom in the Where you'll sleep section

So go back to bedroom 1 and add your queen x 1 and all should be OK!!

There is so much to learn at the beginning but with a little help you'll get there😊
