Places to offee

We currently have a family staying with us but would like to offer it again when they leave. We have an upstairs with a large bedroom with a king bed, full bath. Downstairs we have a queen bed and full bath. Also upstairs is a sofa that the back can fold down to be a bed, a workout are, and a desk to work at. Where do I begin to list this space?
