Please critique my Listing

Hi All,

I am new to this platform. Can you please take a look at my listing and let me know what I need to change or add or take away? My rentals are slow and far in between. I am a superhost but I don't think this helps me.

Hi @Sandra5519 !

What a beautiful spot! I’ve been in the Wallkill area in the fall and it’s gorgeous! Took a quick look at the listing and tried to find your property in a search and couldn't find it? The Airbnb algorithm is not seeing something it wants to rank the listing high in search results. Hence, your listing is not being seen. If guests don't see your listing in searchs, they can't book it. A few suggestions:

Photos

Agree with @Andrea6232 , you need a better cover photo to get guests to stop scrolling and click the listing. I agree a photo of the exterior of the apartment (is it above a garage?) on a nice, sunny day and another one at twilight with all the lights on inside/outside, would work better. Put

captions on every photo.

Listing Errors/Update Listing

It's important to update your listing regularly. I would go thru every section in the Listing and review. There are errors in content and wording duplicated several times that I don't think you intended. I would review About This Space and information in the Guest Safety Section as soon as you can.

For example, the Wifi is a plus for you, not a limitation? Amenity Limitation.png

You must have clicked "No Parking" in error? Your text says there is plenty of parking?

Wishing you the best and please let us know how it goes!

Ciao @Sandra5519 , what I can tell you is that you can't see your house in the first photos, so anyone who looks quickly at your listing passes on, you should put a nice cover photo that attracts attention 😉

Ok. Thanks, Andrea6232. I will add the exterior photos. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi Sandra, I will advice to give some love to your pictures, that means apply some effects. I do it with lightroom for mines. If you would like to contact me ** here is my number, mines are in Miami.

Wow! Thank you so much @Joan2709  and @Andrea6232, that's interesting from my end the listing looks good and it said parking. I guess I will check with the Airbnb team to see why it said no parking and no WIFI. I will also check out and fix all the other items you both mentioned. Thank you once again for your help.

Thanks, @Joan2709, I appreciate your advise.
