My tip is to promptly reply to the guests when they have questions and concerns. Sometimes, the room may not be 100% clean or some amenities are  not available but guests always appreciate prompt response because it means you care and that shows in how they rate / feedback their

experience in your air bnb.

Pienso que lo que muestras recoge en conjunto, una infraestructura con espacios exteriores e interiores muy agradables y zonas de esparcimiento  que a la vista  imprimen un ambiente familiar bastante acogedor.
