Well...thats tough to answer based on the setup you have. Do you and guests both enter the home the through the same door and you go through a different door inside to access the upper apartment? Private Entrance to me means I will not see anyone else when I come and go and the way you have described the setup for your Duplex that doesn't appear to be the case. If you enter the same area the guest does to reach your upstairs unit, some would state that is not a separate entrance. Others would argue that since the entrance to the actual unit itself inside is used only by the guest it IS private (you don't access that area). Many older homes have been converted this way and it's not uncommon, but some guests would not be comfortable with this. You do state you live upstairs, so that is in compliance with Airbnb's accuracy requirements.

Did you have a guest provide feedback or complain? If you had concerns about a guest asking for a refund as they felt the entrance wasn't separate, or private if they ever saw someone else when entering/exiting, I would remove that as an amenity on the listing and remove the wording separate, private entrance from your description, while still explaining the setup.
