Private notes on calendar not working

So, when viewing the availability calendar on the website, none of my private notes are appearing for March 2020 til March 2021!!  In fact, if I try to add a note and save it-- it doesn't save!  This apparently is NOT a problem on the Iphone app (the notes are appearing there).  Any ideas?

All dates blocked here should have notes on them.

I'm having the same issue, all my private notes for forward dates have gone. They don't appear in the calendar view on the desktop, but I can see them on mobile if I open each day. I hope this can be fixed soon!

I used their Twitter support and got sent to one case manager who tried to call me, but because the number was from "Uknown", I didn't answer. I later asked them to just communicate by email as that would be easier for both and this is the genius response I got this morning:

I'm sorry to hear that you are having troubles viewing your note.

The private note added on a particular date can only be seen by you and at the exact location where you added it.

Your guests do not see this note. And when you click save it is saved but stays at the same place it was placed.

Wow.  Thanks.  I TOTALLY wa asking about HOW private notes work.  Do you want to ask me if my computer is plugged in too?  ....ugh..

 

same problem here, i chatted a few times with some Airbnb employee who don't know about these details. My request is sent to a specialised team, meanwhile it's a problem becuase I don't see my private notes where I wrote details of private bookings

I'm a bit relieved to hear others are having the same problem, because online support started hearing from me on Wednesday, but still has not been able to get any kind of resolution.

Mine weren't broken in March.. but they're broken now.  Support is embarrassing and abysmal for this.  For Shame!

Has anyone every gotten any resolution on this?  I have had the same experience for 6+ months and have gotten zero help from Tech Support

Yeah, there's no help to be gotten....it's no longer a glitch but by design.  Now you have to click on a date and click on the "note" button on the right side to read your notes!  The most worthless system ever designed!
