Problem renting out. COVID-19

Hi. We need help to temporary put our house unavailable for guest to rent. The community the house is located has a strict policy that we are not allowed to rent out now during the COVID-19 is so strong now in the Tagum aria. And Davao aria.

 

we can not rent out the house before the local community will allow us.
