Hi, Ive been hosting on AirBnb since mid feb. 2 weeks back they unlisted my listings saying I need to complete their new verification process. Completed it, submitted it, got accepted. Its been more than 2weeks now that my verification has been completed. After 3 complaints and waiting 3weeks. The support staff has been utterly useless as they just push my query saying they’ve sent it to higher admins. Following up everyday but the same answer. Im raking in losses and wont be able to continue here on this platform if it continues. Please help me find a solution for this, thankyou.

Not only is there no listing under your profil, your profil page turns up as a blank page. Even if a listing is unlisted, we usually see that your email, phone number has been verified but here nothing??
You've tried calling Customer service I imagine with no luck? Tell them that a fellow host clicked on your profil and just got a white page. For one split second I see something on your profil, then it disappears.
UPDATE: I've just been onto other hosts profil and am having the same issue - a blank page so there is a bug. I'll report it but it's a good idea for you to do the same
No problems with any of your previous guests, no complaints or anything?

Hi @Joelle43, I've had no complaints. I already reported it to the Airbnb support 3 times, they all give me the same answer that we have a specialized team for these kind of issues, we are escalating your complaint. Its been around 10days since my host verification was completed, I received an email too that I can relist my listings but app doesn't let me. I shared the screenshots too of the whole scenario with the team today on my 4th complaint. Same answer..

I am also facing the same issue. I completed my host verification but still I am unable to activate my listing from the app. I am now fed up of reaching out to customer support because they don’t help. Every time the same response that a specialised team is working on this but no update from them on my concern.
any kind of suggestions would be helpful to resolve this as soon as possible. It’s causing me monetary loss unnecessarily.
Continuously be on them!!! Call them everyday atleast once in a 6-8hr gap. So basically it takes upto 10days after completing verification but just be on them to get it done asap. Send them ss proofs of verification confirmations and cannot list due to xyz reasons
