How can I get improved my listings and get more booking? I’m struggling with this
Latest reply
I have been a dedicated Airbnb host for over five years, maintaining an excellent track record without a single violation.
The removal decision appears to be based on incorrect information
1. No Duplicate Listing Was Created: My listing is the original and has always been managed solely by me.
2. No Violation of Airbnb’s Policies: I have never engaged in any activity that violates Airbnb’s standards, nor have I assisted anyone previously prohibited from the platform.
3. Significant Business Disruption: The removal of my listing is causing financial harm and impacting my ability to host responsibly on Airbnb. Given my clean history and compliance, this decision is unjustified.
please assist what should I do?

Yes, they basically said that the system understood that my listing is a duplicate of a listing that I never heard of and it impacted my listing. I confronted stating that you can see my listing track record is been live for over 4 years over 300 guest hosted, 100+ reviews 4,8 rating Avg.
it doesn’t make sense tagging a 4 years old listing as duplicate of a new listing or someone’s unknown that never rented. They are asking me to relist the property, I said that it doesn’t make any sense as I have done nothing wrong. Can’t get anywhere as all the support staff are limited on this subject 😭
Hello @Carlos6115 👋
Sorry to hear that your listing was going to be removed. It's a been a short while since you posted and I wondered if you had heard anything further from Airbnb? It would be great to hear from you either way. 😊

Your overall review value of 4.69 maybe you should read your agreement 4.8 is the Airbnb standard.
Your listing of 4.1 level with reports of violations of what you as a Host agree to with Airbnb, to offer a clean and safe environment. Your reviews say you do not provide that to a paying Guest
you're looking at another listing that i co-host, the listing in question is no long available for public view i don't know how to attach picture of the ratings here
4.79 is still below 4.8 also Airbnb marks you as a host overall, all listings so if the others are not yours I would terminate my connection.
I have had my listings removed for a false claim. I was aware of what the false claim was in my case. So something happened and somebody raised a flag.
Not fun and time consuming, I am fixed now but it took about 2 months.
Remember Airbnb doesn't know you and doesn't know the Guest. someone is lying but they can't make a personal judgement, they have to document as a business
Clearly that doesn't seems to be a rule, you would get an alert before your listing is removed or it's suspended for a period until you prove you fixed something they are claiming to be wrong, this is not the case we didn't get any notification, alert or listing suspended it was straight removed, which doesn't make any sense you can see that 95% of the guests gave 5 stars, i see really bad listings live 3.8, 4 avg stars, 4,8 with a high occupancy i's really hard to keep. Your analysis would apply if i had received an alert or flag. I rarely do claims, unless the guest causes extensive damage( that wouldn't be the case also)
