Remotely Self-Managing in Kissimmee FL

We are just starting out and are figuring out the bumps of self-managing the hard way... All the time... Long story short, we need help with maintenance (maybe cleaners?). We've looked for co-host companies, reached out to many full-property managers, talked to several cleaners, talked to several handymen, but we can't quite get into a low stress groove. For example, we just had a towel rack come off the wall. How do we fix that? No company wants to do a service call (with no-one home) in a turn-around for a towel rack.... We are frustrated. This is less about money and more about making a quality experience for guests with a long-term investment. 

If there is anyone that has advice, we would love to hear how you solved it (especially if you are in the Disney area).

Employ a local co-host who can arrange to be at your property for maintenance visits 

Experienced hosts who co-hosts usually offer a better more flexible service than management companies
