Hello guys, I'm Freeman. I have 4 Bd, 2&1/2 property in Baytown TX that I've been hosting for about a year now with the help of local Airbnb host services. I just recently decided that Renatl Arbitrage to lease the property is better fitted for my needs. House is fully furnished. I will appreaciate any suggestions to lease. Thanks

Hi @Freeman9
@Alex has tagged me, but I'm not sure what kind of suggestions you're looking for. Do you mean you'd like to stop hosting in your own name, and in future would like an Airbnb property management company to rent the house from you? So you're looking for suggestions as to which property management companies are keen to rent houses in your area?
Hi Shelly, thank you som much for reaching out. I'm kind done with hosting. I'm owner looking to lease my property to vacation rental operators that may be intrested in using for rental arbitrage
Ok @Freeman9
It may be best to find a rental company that has a strong presence and good reputation specifically in the Baytown area.
You'd probably get some good suggestions from a local host club. If you're on Facebook, you can find your local club in the link. I think they'll have the best area-specific answer. They will likely also mainly be individual hosts, but they'll hopefully know which companies are active among them and may have tried out some of them.

In the UK as a landlord rental arbitrage is quite risky @Freeman9
Personally I wouldn't do this because
a. It invalidates your property building insurance
b. Those subletting can't take out home insurance for STR
c what will you do if guests damage the property or you receive complaints about noisy
d. What happens if the person you sub lease to doesn't generate the income they need so can't pay
personally in your situation I would bring in a property management company as cohosts .
I've been doing a ton of research, and I'm really thinking of jumping into the Airbnb world. Since you're already an expert, I was wondering if you'd be willing to teach me a thing or two about getting started. I am interested in leasing your property. Maybe we could chat for few minutes at your convenience? Any high-level advice you have would be incredibly helpful. **
