Renting out the entire house and part of the house

I'm open to renting the entire house but also part of the house - is this possible?

Yes set up two listing or however many you need and make sure they're linked to avoid diary clashes @Suzanne1026

Yes, you can rent out part of your home.  

In your listing headline and description, I suggest you are very clear about what parts of the house are available to the guest. 

What you don't want is for a guest to book, and then be surprised that "XYZ" is off limits. 

I also suggest looking at other listings that are only renting  a room in their house, as to how they describe their listing.

Yes just create one listing for each option and link the calendars so you don't get double bookings @Suzanne1026
